I wanted to thank everyone that pitched in on the baskets of goodies that I received. I stopped in at Women's Services on Friday and they all had pitched in a made me a wonderful basket full of goodies. I also received a wonderful card from all the Women's Services Board members....I cannot express how lucky I am to be surrounded by such amazing people. I hold each and every one of you very close to my heart...I love you all. Once I got home on Friday, I was met by my sister, Sherry, who also had a basket full of goodies from my WONDERFUL family. All my family pitched in and made up a basket....I can't express how much I love each and every one of them. They are so thoughtful and I love them all so much..Hugs and kisses to you all.
Well, my days are really starting to vary. One day I am feeling pretty good and then I can turn on a dime. I am getting so nausiated and now hiccups and heartburn are setting in. The docs say this is normal, but I am just so sick and tired of being "sick and tired" The chemo is really kicking my butt. The extra flushings I get on Thursday and Friday are helping, but I am still feeling really crappy. Patti tries so hard to get me to try different things to eat, but nothing seems to set right. She can make me three or four different foods, and I may take a bite here and there, but I usually don't finish. She just keeps plugging away. Well, not too much more to say for now. I will keep you all posted of any new happenings. I am on the countdown...two more weeks to go. Love and kisses to you all.
